Contact Us and Visit Our Madison Avenue Showroom

The quickest way to get an offer is to call us or walk into our showroom on Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. Tell us what you have, whether it is a Rolex, a Patek Philippe, an Audemars Piguet, a Richard Mille, another luxury watch or an everyday or vintage piece, and we give you a free appraisal on the spot. We read the watch in front of you, explain how we reach the figure, and never pressure you to sell.

Call for a free appraisal, or stop by the showroom during our open hours.

What to bring

  • A photo ID. New York City law requires a buyer of second-hand watches and precious metals to record who it buys from, so bring a current driver’s license, state ID or passport.
  • The watch itself. Running or not, boxed or bare; you do not need to clean, polish or wind anything first.
  • Any box and papers you still have. The original box, the warranty card, the receipt and any service records all help the offer, and for a luxury watch they help prove the piece is genuine.

You do not need an appointment to drop in, though a quick call ahead lets us have the right person ready, which helps for a high-value piece or a collection. If you are selling a Rolex or another high-end watch, the luxury watch buyers page explains exactly what we look for before you come in.

Visit the showroom, or call first and we will tell you what your watch is worth.

Questions people ask

Do I need an appointment?

No. You can walk in during our open hours and we will appraise your watch while you wait. A quick call ahead is helpful for a high-value watch or a collection so we can have the right person on hand, but it is not required.

Do I have to sell right away?

No. The appraisal is free and there is no pressure to sell. We tell you what we can pay and explain how we reached the figure, and you decide. If you choose to sell, we pay cash once you accept the offer.
